Moroborne Trade Group (MTG) is a global trading company and parent to Moroborne Nigeria Limited (MNL). The team of companies and strategic partners work closely to undertake the importation, exportation and marketing of energy, agricultural and non-agricultural commodities, as well as industrial chemical products. We stimulate trade and foster buyer and seller interaction in the energy and commodity sectors. We represent ourselves as OEMs on certain agricultural commodities such as cocoa and rice, and also act as official mandates, representing many of our strategic partners, independent manufacturers and suppliers.
Energy
We are a reliable service provider in the global oil and gas industry. We bring buyers and sellers together in both the upstream and refined petroleum product (downstream) spaces. Moroborne coordinates the sale and development of joint ventures on oil and gas fields/blocks. We assist government and private owners of oil and gas fields to drive the highest return from their assets
by introducing partnerships and joint ventures that are aligned with their long term strategies. We work globally with major refineries, facilitating the exportation and importation of crude oil and refined petroleum products. We drive local and international trade of gasoline, colonial 61 grade diesel (low sulphur), and high quality, clean burning Kerosene, as well as aviation fuel (JP54). We are in continuous discussions and dealings with Oando Group PLC and Obat Oil in West Africa, Century Energy Services Ltd and Dharmattan, a geological service company amongst others.
We have established targeted partnerships directly with refineries and/or mandates of refineries such as SHELL ARAMCO, in Saudi Arabia and Russian refineries for delivery of refined petroleum products. We source our refined petroleum products from Europe and the Middle East, while we market crude oil to American based refineries.

Energy Product Delivery
Crude Oil Our Bonny and Basra Light crude oil is available at competitive Brent discounts to buyers and attractive incentive to intermediaries.
Oil and gas Field Services Moroborne co-ordinates the establishment of joint ventures on oil and gas fields/blocks. We assist government and private owners of oil and gas fields to drive the highest return from their energy assets by introducing partnerships that are aligned with their long term strategies.
Diesel (D2) We market and distribute high quality diesel fuel on contract terms with rolls and extensions or via spot trade.
Kerosene This is our Jet Fuel, otherwise known as Kerosene, with minimum flash point of 45oC.
Jet Fuel (JP54) Our high quality aviation/jet fuel is available on spot and term bases
Gasoline (PMS/Petrol) A Premium Motor Spirit, otherwise known as gasoline. We deliver the highest quality gasoline to meet your business needs.
Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) This is our Liquefied Petroleum Gas (also called LPG, GPL, LP Gas, or autogas). It is a flammable mixture of hydrocarbon gases used as a fuel in heating appliances and vehicles. It is increasingly replacing chlorofluorocarbons as an aerosol propellant and a refrigerant to reduce damage to the ozone layer.
Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) This is our natural gas (predominantly methane, CH4). It has been temporarily converted to liquid form for ease of storage or transport. Gasoline (PMS/Petrol) A Premium Motor Spirit, otherwise known as gasoline. We deliver the highest quality gasoline to meet your business needs.
Product Pricing We offer a variety of pricing options on these products, including forward fixed pricing, NYMEX (New York Harbor Pricing), and Platt price terms. DE will partner with you in order to meet your ongoing bulk refined petroleum product needs and crude oil sales and purchase requirements.
